NiYA Community Impact Challenge

Theme: “Drive Change, Lead Solutions”

The NiYA Community Impact Challenge is set to take place on Saturday, October 18th, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (WAT). This is a hybrid event, happening virtually on Zoom and physically at the Abuja Hub. It is designed to inspire young Nigerians to step up, take initiative, and create real, lasting change within their communities.

This challenge invites members to identify a problem in their local environment—whether it’s related to education, healthcare, the environment, digital skills, or youth empowerment—and develop innovative solutions to address it. It’s an opportunity to turn ideas into action.

Once registered, participants will go through a short bootcamp where they’ll learn how to refine their ideas, structure their projects, and prepare a solid pitch. They will also be paired with experienced mentors drawn from Elder Members, Instructors, and organizational partners who will guide them through the process.

The challenge will culminate in a live pitch session where finalists will present their ideas to a panel of judges. The best projects will receive seed funding, ongoing mentorship, and public recognition within the NiYA network.

This is an open invitation to all Members, Ambassadors, Contributors, and Organizations who are passionate about leading change. Registration is completely free, but spaces are limited.
